Prize-winning composer Gabriela Lena Frank’s newest orchestral work and her first piece about climate change was co-commissioned by the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Uppsala Chamber Orchestra. Rebecca gave a highly-acclaimed European Premiere in May 2022 at the Uppsala Konsert and Kongress with the UKO and Allmänne Sången.
